Vienna is a city full of amazing art history. In our hostel you do not even have to go out – your experience will start when entering our house. There are revolving art exhibitions at Hostel Ruthensteiner. At the moment we feature some of the finest paintings of Deborah Ferreira, Bransha (Branislava Nikolic) and Magdalena de Albuquerque.

Music

Enjoy the Music!

Occasionally, we invite musicians and bands to play live at the Hostel. This is relatively easy as many excellent musicians choose our Hostel as the ideal landing pad with our guitars, piano, ukeleles and drums- free for our guests to use. Several of our staff members are exceptional musicians themselves: Lorenzo, one of the best percussionists in Vienna, Valentin who is an outstanding guitarist and Stefan, producer of mostly electronic music.

If you are a musician you will surely enjoy your time with us, if you are not, just enjoy the tunes!
