Vienna's best Hostel since 1968!

Location – We are ideally located close to the Trainstation and Metro

We are just a short 5-minute walk away from the Westbahnhof train station, ideally located between the historic city center and the Schönbrunn Palace in a quiet little side street. Just around the corner from Vienna’s biggest shopping street and student district, our neighborhood offers at least 10 different restaurants, 4 supermarkets and 2 night supermarkets (a rarity in austria :), all within a few minutes walk. Just 100m from our hostel you’ll find Mozart’s, Vienna’s best-loved all-night restaurant (original Austrian cuisine and organic burgers available through the wee hours), and the Travelshack, probably the most notorious backpacker’s bar in Vienna, is just 2 minutes walk away.

For easy-to-use directions to our hostel, download our MOBILE APP, the Vienna Hostel Travel Guide. The app has been designed in-house to fit the particular needs of our guests, and includes public transport and walking directions (location-dependent and available offline), great local tips about our favorite sites, restaurants, bars & clubs, etc., a guest-generated news feed (get inspired for your visit!), and more.

For now, the app is available for android only – an IOS version is in development and will be available as soon as humanly possible :).

We’re also easy to locate using your favorite online map service (we recommend googlemaps), or see below for detailed directions.
